My motto is "I am not obsessed, I'm focused" and what I'm focused on these days are gemstones and sterling silver. I sell beautiful and unusual gemstone beads because I love to play with them myself, and I only carry things I like to use myself.
I especially love gemstones with interesting optical properties; you know, they glitter, glimmer, shimmer, they change color or flash rainbow shades of brilliant light. Or they have wonderful color play.
I will be discussing these stones in a series of blogs in the coming days and weeks and months, starting with microcline, popularly called amazonite, the gentle aqua stone with a shiller that captivates me. I will show pictures of each stone in raw and bead form where I can, and the finished OOAK jewelry I've made.
